Hurt Is What It IS Cracked Up To Be
When we are hurt, our development, growth, learning, and making better decisions for our souls is heightened.
It is about facing our challenges.
Not running away.
No assuming everyone else is wrong.
Hurt is not designed to become a permanent way of life.
If we hold hurt and pain we stop growing and live through that hurt and pain.
In truth, right now, today, we can tell our souls, “I am going to take care of you. I am going to take care of me.”
Asking ourselves:
Why do I want to face my hurts?
Will I be able to live without how my hurts defined me?
Am I ready to face the me that things work out for?
Am I happy enough to not be scared of my own happiness?
Why do I think that I want to do this now?
How will I stop myself from holding onto my crutches and release a part of me I am not used to having?
You will not change in a minute or a day or a month.
You can start today to begin the process of getting to know your soul, the soul that is underneath the issues that we carry for the reasons that we carry them.
Give your soul space to be your soul.
Give your heart a chance and an opening to believe in the fact that you can change and grow and keep growing without happiness being a risk of going away.
We can do this.
You can do this.
We can do this again.
We are a team and when we start to work on our souls’ growth, we start to notice and see it in others that are growing too.
We will start to feel out of place where we were because where we were supports all of our “poor me” stories.
Now we are empowering ourselves and we lose the tolerance to hear the old triggers that allowed us to live in a space that stagnates our souls.
It’s OK to feel that. It is a natural part of the process. Things you use to do will start to look like old movies and now you want to see new movies.
Allow your soul to watch the changes and remind yourself you may feel empty with the new changes because you did not find and build the support you now need to live in your growth at this time.
Life is the evolving door and we get to choose which revolving door we want to enter into to.
Give your beautiful soul the chance to be as beautiful as you know it can be.
God Bless You!
