Love And Get It

Being a couple doesn’t mean you have to know everything,
Agree on everything,
Be the same,
And never feel like you can’t speak otherwise.
Being a couple is a true lesson of love.
It is knowing the other person is their best with you, whatever it is,
Doesn’t know where to begin when they are upset except with the fear that you do not care enough.
Trust that the reason for your existence together is to learn to negotiate, to compromise,
To enjoy and to trial,
To learn the truth of you in a safe place,
And to bring your best intentions forward and find out the best of intentions asks for nothing
Other than the truth of you.
And in turn, teaches that truth to your partner,
Your children,
And the rest of those who are involved.
Having a partner is not just having a man or a woman,
It is having a human who wants to succeed in life,
Who wants to show themselves and you that hope will always be alive,
And trust will always want to grow,
And love is endless no matter what you do.
When there is love it builds a civilization around it.
It builds a family and attracts those who want to believe,
Who wants to believe that life works and is thriving.
That anyone can go to the safe place that is built and add their house and share their love
And that is called Community.
The children have the foundation that love is possible.
The home cooks the meals that build the foundation of their lives.
It all boils down to love.
Any route you take
It all reminds us that people are important.
Any way you look at it
Every soul, every partner, every child, every neighbor, every friend and acquaintance,
Boils down to Love.
Without love, we are lost.
And with it, we are boundless, endless, and unstoppable.
Love is not a glue.
Love is freedom.
