Somehow we focus on things we don’t like or don’t do.

Focusing on what we don’t like and don’t do takes so much of our energy there is no energy left to focus on what we love and what we can do.

The truth is every change is a million baby steps and we have to start to start.

For today, this very special day that you are still alive which means you are here to tap into what you came here to be.

For today, start with what lives in your heart even if it is only in thought that you say “I am worth my dreams.”

We all have that special sauce that tastes different than any other sauce.

God created differences so that we complement each other and seek each other out to share our gifts.

There is no wrong or right gift there is only that you have a gift and deep inside that you know is there.

As we have been taught to wait on ourselves, our gifts were put on hold to the point that we forgot we had them.

In this time we are searching for what lives inside of us so that we can live on the outside of us with greater enthusiasm.

Today is the day that you have a talk with yourself. A real talk is the kind that says “Hey Self, I’m here I’m showing up and I’ve got you.”

Start with a smile at your life and how you got today to look back and accept every single thing that got you here.

You need to give yourself love to get love to feel love and then to share love.
