Simple Healing
Whatever it is you feel today, find a way to honor your feelings.
It is so easy to just think that whatever it is we think does not mean anything, yet if you are thinking it, it means something to you.
If your thoughts grow your soul then keep them going.
If they are taking away from you, how you feel about yourself and your life, then question those thoughts.
They are coming from somewhere.
We have so much power, so much say in what we think.
At times we think our thoughts are too big to confront. Confront them and talk to them.
Ask your thoughts, "Why am I thinking about this?"
It wants your attention and it wants to be addressed.
Address it so that you can learn yourself a little better.
It is easy to put ourselves off, get used to being stuck, feel frustrated, and do things that take us away from our frustration rather than bring us to our resolution.
It is more interesting, more fun, more depth to your life to pay attention to paying attention.
The deeper you dig, you get to have more of you to understand, more of you to love, more of you to support and more of you to grow with.
We are over the scary parts by now.
We can face things without judgment to ourselves now and we can see that we simply want and need to heal.
Healing is something we do not talk about very much, yet it is the most natural way of taking care of ourselves.
Healing is the understanding that we are not perfect and that we can face anything because we now know we can take care of the things we face along the way.
Healing is saying, "Hey, I am OK already and this hurt me in some way and I can see it, face it, talk to it, do something about it and still be OK."
Give yourself the opportunity to know yourself better, support yourself to allow for a stronger emotional foundation in your soul, and hold yourself to the attention that you deserve.
That attention you will learn to give yourself will enhance your life from this experience forward.
